On April 17, 2026, the Society of Women Engineers Lowcountry Chapter and Charleston Women in Tech will host the Women in Industry Day conference. Women in Industry Day has seen great success in its first six years , with over 400+ attendees in 2025. We are thrilled to be able to again host this conference for 2026, and will focus on providing top-notch professional development opportunities through networking and education. This year's theme is Trailblazers: Women Leading the Way and will be hosted at Trident Technical College.
As a part of the conference’s mission, scholarships are awarded to students in the tri-county area. Since the conference’s inception, over $45,000 in scholarships have been provided to help these students achieve their educational goals. With your help this year, we will provide at least three additional scholarships valued at $2,500 a piece to local students interested in pursuing STEM.
